• Download the application form here, fill it in and send it to us at: Waterford English Language Centres, 31 John’s Hill, Waterford City, Ireland.
• Send a booking deposit of €250 in euro by Bank Draft or by Bank Transfer.

Courses are only confirmed upon receipt of a booking deposit fee of €250 which is then discounted from your course fee. Once this has been received, we will send you a booking confirmation, accommodation details and an invoice for the balance of fees due. Course fees must be paid in full four weeks before your course starts. Please note that for students who need visas, the full course fees must be paid on initial application.

Important Information

• Fees may only be paid by Bank Transfer or Euro Bank Draft
• A fee of €70 may be charged for changing course dates after booking.
• Once you have paid your deposit (€250) it is non-refundable.
• If you cancel your course less than four weeks before you are due to start, one week’s accommodation and tuition fees will be deducted from the fees you have paid and the balance will be refunded to you.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made on or after the start date of the course.
• Some courses have special application requirements; please check the "Course Fees" page for details.
• Online Test results are only provided once course deposit is paid.
